摘要:
王道坤主任医师以张仲景“调和肝脾”学术思想为理论基础，运用整体观念对患者进行辨证论治。他认为肝郁脾虚是乳腺癌发病的重要内因，临床治疗当以调和肝脾、化瘀消积法为要，并举验案加以说明。
Abstract:
On the foundation of Zhang Zhongjing′s academic thinking "reconciling the liver and spleen", chief physician Wang Daokun differentiates and treats the patients using the concept of holism, he thinks that liver depression and spleen deficiency are the important internal causes of breast cancer, adopts reconciling the liver and spleen, removing blood stasis and eliminating accumulation method as clinical therapy and illustrates his thinking by explaining the effective cases.
