摘要:
目的观察中药配方颗粒剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）急性加重期的临床疗效。 方法将80例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。两组中药处方均为清气化痰丸合贝母瓜蒌散加减，观察组给予中药配方颗粒剂+西医基础治疗，对照组给予中药饮片+西医基础治疗。比较两组中医临床症状积分、生存质量评分、呼吸困难评分、炎性生化指标及临床疗效。 结果同组治疗前后中医临床症状积分、生存质量评分、呼吸困难评分、炎性生化指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后上述指标及临床疗效两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论两种不同中药剂型均能改善COPD急性加重期的临床症状，减低炎性指标水平，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of herbal granules in treating acute exacerbation of COPD. MethodsEighty COPD patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group. Herbal prescription adopted modified Qingqi Huatan pills and Beimu Gualou powder, the observation group was treated by herbal granules and basic therapy of Western medicine, and the control group herbal decoction pieces and basic therapy of Western medicine. To compare TCM clinical symptoms scores, the scores of quality of life, dyspnea score, inflammatory biochemical indexes and clinical effects between both groups. ResultsThe difference had statistical meaning in TCM clinical symptoms scores, the scores of quality of life, dyspnea score and inflammatory biochemical indexes before and after treating within the same group (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of these above indexes and clinical effects after treating between both groups (P>0.05). ConclusionTwo kinds of herbal preparations could improve clinical symptoms of AECOPD, lower the levels of inflammatory indexes and raise clinical effects.
