摘要:
从慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure，CHF）并发焦虑抑郁的流行病学研究及中西医机制研究与治疗进展入手探讨CHF合并焦虑抑郁的研究现状，指出由于CHF合并焦虑抑郁本身的辨识度不高，临床医生对其未予足够重视，严重影响患者的治疗效果、生活质量及长期预后，因此对其内在机制、干预措施的研究已成为当务之急。
Abstract:
Research state of chronic heart failure (CHF) with anxiety and depression was explored from the aspects of epidemiological study on CHF with anxiety and depression, the study on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and therapeutic progress, because the recognition of chronic heart failure combined with anxiety and depression is not high, clinicians do not pay enough enough attention to the disease, seriously affect therapeutic effects, quality of life and long-term prognosis of the patients, hence, it’s urgent to study on the internal mechanism and intervention measures.
