摘要:
目的用星点设计-效应面法优化沙棘宫愈凝胶配方。 方法以卡波姆-940、三乙醇胺、羟丙基-β-环糊精及甘油的用量为考察因素,以外观性状、成型性、离心稳定性、冷冻稳定性及高温稳定性为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优化沙棘宫愈凝胶配方并进行验证。 结果沙棘宫愈凝胶辅料的最优配比为卡波姆-940用量1%、羟丙基-β-环糊精6.5%、甘油10%、三乙醇胺0.25%。效应面法优化处方的预测值和实测值偏差均小于5%。 结论星点设计-效应面法可用于沙棘宫愈凝胶剂制备工艺优化,所建立的模型预测性良好。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize the formula of adjuvant in Shaji Gongyu gel using central composite design-response surface methodology. MethodsThe dose of carbomer-940, triethanolamine, HP-β-CD, glycerin and others were chosen as the investigation factors, the appearance, formability, centrifugal stability, freezing stability and high temperature stability were taken as the indexes, the formula of adjuvant in the gel were optimized using central composite design-response surface methodology, and verified. ResultsThe best proportions of the adjuvants in Shaji Gongyu gel are 1% of carbomer-940, 6.5% of HP-β-CD,10% of glycerin and 0.25% of triethanolamine. The deviation between the predicted value and the measured value is less than 5% after optimized using central composite design-response surface methodology. ConclusionCentral composite design-response surface methodology could be used for the optimization of the preparation process for Shaji Gongyu gel, and the model shows good predictability.
