摘要:
目的采用响应面分析法优化四妙勇安汤菌质固态发酵条件。 方法以菌丝体生长的速度为评价指标,考察药材粒径、发酵温度、菌质初始含水量、发酵时间等因素对四妙勇安汤菌质固态发酵的影响,并确定发酵工艺的具体条件参数。 结果以菌丝布满发酵瓶为终点。最佳发酵条件为药材粒径10目,发酵温度28℃,初始含水量125%,发酵时间15天,接种量10%。 结论所建立的四妙勇安汤方菌质真菌发酵工艺条件,可为四妙勇安汤产品的开发及产业化研发提供理论试验依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize the solid state fermentation conditions of mycelium in Simiao Yong′an decoction using response surface methodology. MethodsThe growth rate of mycelium was chosen as the evalua-tion index to survey the effects of the factors including particle size of medicinal materials, fermentation temperature, initial moisture content of bacteria and fermentation time on the solid state fermentation condi-tions of mycelium in Simiao Yong′an decoction, and confirm specific conditions and parameters of fermentation process. ResultsThe end point is the fermentation bottle filled with mycelium. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: the particle size of medicinal materials was 10 meshes, the fermentation temperature was 28 ℃, the initial water content was 125%, the fermentation time was 15 days, and the inoculation amount was 10%. ConclusionThe study could provide a theoretical basis for the development and industrialization of Simiao Yong′an decoction.
