摘要:
目的探讨健脾燥湿汤联合穴位按压对大肠癌术后化疗患者不良反应及免疫功能的影响。 方法选取98例大肠癌术后患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49例。对照组仅接受常规化疗，观察组在对照组的基础上接受健脾燥湿汤联合穴位按压治疗，比较两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应、体质量变化及免疫功能指标水平。 结果观察组缓解率［85.71%（42/49）］显著高于对照组［67.35%（33/49）］（P＜0.05）；观察组各不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组体质量升高及降低的占比显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者各免疫指标治疗后均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05），且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论健脾燥湿汤联合穴位按压可有效提高近期缓解率，改善患者的体质量及免疫功能，减少不良反应，还可促进大肠癌术后化疗患者的恢复。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of spleen-invigorating damp-drying decoction and acupoints pressing on adverse reaction and immune function in postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer. MethodsAll 98 patients were randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group, 49 cases in each group. The control group only accepted conventional chemotherapy, and the observation group spleen-invigorating damp-drying decoction combined with acupoints pressing based on conventional chemotherapy, to compare short-term clinical effects, adverse reaction, the changes of body mass and the levels of immune function indexes between both groups. ResultsThe remission rate of the observation group was 85.71% (42/49), notably higher than 67.35% (33/49) of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the incidences of adverse reactions (P<0.05), the proportion of increased and decreased body mass of the observation group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05); immune function indexes of both groups improved after treating than these before treating (P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSpleen-invigorating damp-drying decoction and acupoints pressing could effectively raise short-term remission rate, improve body mass and immune function, reduce adverse reaction and promote the recovery of postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer.
