摘要:
目的探讨养精种玉汤联合西医常规治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome，PCOS)所致不孕症的作用机制及临床疗效。 方法将PCOS不孕症患者94例随机分为两组各47例，对照组采取常规西药干预，观察组在对照组干预的基础上予养精种玉汤加味治疗，观察两组患者肾虚肝郁证症状评分、激素水平、子宫内膜容受性、妊娠率以及血清抗苗勒氏管激素（anti-mullerian hormone，AMH）和抑制素B（inhibin B，INH-B）的表达情况。 结果与对照组比较，治疗后观察组患者小腹胀痛、腰骶酸痛、痛经、乳房胀痛、头晕症状减轻（P＜0.01），血清卵泡激素(follicle stimulating hormone，FSH)、促黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）水平降低，E2增加（P＜0.01），PI、RI减少（P＜0.01），血清AMH和INH-B水平降低（P＜0.01），妊娠率增加（P＜0.05）。 结论养精种玉汤加味联合西药常规干预可能通过下调PCOS不孕症患者血清AMH和INH-B水平，减少FSH、LH表达，从而提高妊娠率，效果优于常规西药干预。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the mechansim and clinical effects of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction in the treatment of PCOS-induced infertility of kidney deficiency and liver depression pattern. MethodsAll 94 PCOS patients were randomized into two groups, 47 cases in each group, the control group was intervened by conventional Western medicine, and the observation group took Yangjing Zhongyu decoction based on western medicine, to observe the scores of the symptoms of the patients of kidney deficiency and liver depression, the levels of hormone, endometrial receptivity, pregnancy rate, the expressions of AMH and INH-B in both groups. ResultsCompared with the control group, the symptoms including abdominal distention, lumbosacral pain, dysmenorrhea, breast distention, dizziness and others of the observation group relieved (P<0.01), the levels of FSH and LH lowered, the levels of E2 increased (P<0.01), PI and RI reduced (P<0.01), the levels of AMH and INH-B decreased (P<0.01), pregnancy rate lifted (P<0.05). ConclusionModified Yangjing Zhongyu decoction jointed with conventional Western medicine could lift pregnancy rate, possibly through down regulating the leves of AMH and INH-B, reducing the expressions of FSH and LH, and its effects are superior to these of conventional Western medicine intervention.
