摘要:
目的考察大枣水提液通过不同孔径的中空纤维膜和无机陶瓷膜后含糖量的变化。 方法通过苯酚-硫酸法和3,5-二硝基水扬酸法对大枣过膜前后的样品进行总糖和还原糖(单糖)的含量测定,并根据总糖与还原糖之差,反映出多糖及低聚糖的含量。 结果大枣水煎液通过U6超滤纤维膜后含糖量的差异相对其他3种膜较好。 结论应根据生产中对大枣水提液含糖量的实际需要选择0.2 μm、0.05 μm的微滤陶瓷膜或U6、U0.2的微滤纤维膜。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of sugar contents in water extracts of jujube after passing hollow fiber membrane and inorganic ceramic membrane with different pore sizes. MethodsThe contents of total sugar and reducing sugar (monosaccharide) in jujube samples before and after film coating were determined by phenol sulfuric acid method and 3,5-dinitro salicylic acid method, and the contents of polysaccharides and oligosaccharides were reflected according to the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar. ResultsThe sugar content of jujube decoction after passing through U6 ultrafiltration fiber membrane was better than that of the other three membranes. ConclusionMicrofiltration ceramic membranes of 0.2 μm and 0.05 μm or U6 and U0.2 microfiltration fiber membranes should be selected according to the actual need of sugar content in water extract of jujube in production.
