摘要:
目的探讨电针疗法与音乐疗法对轻、中度抑郁症患者的影响。 方法选取90例轻、中度抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。两组均给予常规护理，对照组同时给予电针疗法进行治疗，观察组同时使用电针疗法与音乐疗法进行治疗。对两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale，HAMD）、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）、自杀风险量表（nurses global assessment of suicide risk，NGASR）、血清促肾上腺皮质激素（adrenocorticotropic hormone，ACTH）水平、肾上腺皮质酮（corticosterone，CORT）水平进行对比。 结果两组治疗前SAS、HAMD、PSQI、NGASR评分，ACTH、CORT水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后两组SAS、PSQI、HAMD、NGASR评分及ACTH、CORT水平均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且观察组降低更明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论电针疗法联合音乐疗法较单纯使用电针疗法治疗轻、中度抑郁症临床疗效明显，可显著改善患者抑郁症状。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of electroacupuncture therapy and music therapy on patients with mild and moderate depression. MethodsA total of 90 patients with mild and moderate depression were chosen as the research targets, randomized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group. Both groups accepted conventional care, the patients of the control group were treated by electroacupuncture therapy, and the patients of the observation group used electroacupuncture therapy and music therapy based on conventional therapy. To compare SAS, HAMD, PSQI, NGASR, the levels of ACTH and CORT before and after treating between both groups. ResultsThe difference had no statistical meaning in SAS, HAMD, PSQI, NGASR scores, the levels of ACTH and CORT before treating between both groups (P>0.05), after treating, SAS, PSQI, HAMD, NGASR scores, the levels of ACTH and CORT were lower than these before treating in both groups notably (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more notable, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionElectroacupuncture therapy and music therapy show notable clinical effects in treating patients with mild and moderate depression compared with these of only electroacupuncture, it could notably improve depression of the patients remarkably.
