摘要:
目的观察从“寒湿疫”角度治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）的临床疗效。 方法8例COVID-19患者在西医治疗基础上给予宣肺透邪、解表开闭、散寒祛湿中药治疗，观察治疗前后患者症状、体征、实验室检查（血常规、肝肾功能、心肌酶谱、凝血功能、淋巴细胞亚群）及胸部CT变化情况。 结果治疗后8例患者出院时均无咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷等明显不适症状；实验室检查各项指标均在出院前恢复正常；胸部CT主要表现均有改善。 结论从“寒湿疫”论治普通型COVID-19，可改善患者临床症状、体征及实验室相关指标，提示COVID-19的中医病因可能与“寒湿”有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of treating COVID-19 from the angle of "cold-damp epidemic″. MethodsOn the foundation of Western medicine, eight COVID-19 patients were treated with the herbs of dispersing lung and expelling the pathogenic factors, relieving the exterior and openning the closure, dispelling the cold and eliminating the damp, to observe the symptoms, body signs, lab tests (blood routine, liver and renal functions, myocardial enzymes, coagulation function and lymphocyte subsets), and the changes of chest CT before and after treating. ResultsAfter treating, all the patients showed no symptoms including cough, expectoration, chest tightness when discharged, different indexes of lab tests restored to normal before discharging; chest CT has been improved. ConclusionTreatment based on cold-damp epidemic could improve clinical symptoms, body signs and lab test results in common type COVID-19, and it suggests that TCM cause of COVID-19 might be related to ″cold-damp″.
