摘要:
目的探讨中药六合丹外敷腹部治疗重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis，SAP）的疗效。 方法将140例SAP患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组70例.在常规中西医结合治疗的基础上，对照组予芒硝外敷腹部，观察组予六合丹外敷腹部.比较两组腹痛消除时间、肠功能恢复时间、再进食时间、胰腺局部并发症发生率、手术率、住院天数和总费用的差异。 结果腹痛消除时间、肠功能恢复时间、再进食时间观察组短于对照组，胰腺局部并发症的发生率观察组均低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组手术率、住院天数、总费用比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论六合丹外敷腹部能有效促进SAP胰周液体的吸收，缩短腹痛、肠功能恢复及再进食时间，降低胰腺局部并发症的发生率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo exploe clinical effects of external application of Liuhe pills on abdomen in the treatment of SAP. MethodsAll 140 SAP patients were randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group, 70 cases in each group, based on conventional therapy of integrative medicine, the control group was applied with mirabilite on the abdomen, and the observation group Liuhe pills on the abdomen, to compare the disappearing time of abdominal pain, the recovery time of intestinal function, re-eating time, the incidence of local pancreatic complications, surgical rate, hospital stay and all-in cost between both groups. ResultsThe disappea-ring time of abdominal pain, the recovery time of intestinal function, re-eating time, the incidence of local pancreatic complications of the observation group were lower than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in surgical rate, hospital stay and all-in cost between both groups (P>0.05). ConclusionExternal application of Liuhe pills on abdomen could effectively promote the absorption of peripancreatic fluid accumulation, shorten the disappearing time of abdominal pain, the recovery time of intestinal function, re-eating time, and lower the incidence of local pancreatic complications in SAP patients.
