摘要:
对中医体质在近视方面的研究现状以及不同年龄阶段近视患者的体质类型分布情况进行综述，指出我国儿童青少年近视呈现高发、低龄化趋势；中医药防治近视特色优势明显，近年来不少学者从中医体质角度入手探讨偏颇体质、体质差异性对近视发生、发展的影响，发现偏颇体质是近视的易感因素，尤其以气虚质、阴虚质、阳虚质为主，可根据体质差异性防治近视。
Abstract:
By reviewing the research status of TCM constitution in myopia and the distribution of the constitutions types of myopia patients at different ages, it is pointed out that myopia in children and adolescents in China shows a high incidence and younger age trend; Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious characteristics and advantages in the prevention and treatment of myopia, in recent years, many scholars have discussed the influence of biased constitution and constitution difference on the occurrence and development of myopia from the perspective of TCM constitution. Biased constitution is the susceptible factor of myopia, especially Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency. Myopia can be prevented and treated according to constitution difference.
