摘要:
目的观察电针结合揿针法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。 方法将100例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组采用电针结合揿针法治疗，对照组采用电针结合TDP法治疗，比较两组临床疗效、相关证候评分及不良反应发生率。 结果治疗4周后，观察组总有效率［93.75%（45/48）］高于对照组［82.60%（38/46）］（P＜0.05）；两组口角歪斜、口眼歪斜、舌淡红、脉浮紧评分均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），且观察组下降程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率［12.50%（6/48）］与对照组［13.04%（6/46）］比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论电针联合揿针治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效显著，安全性高。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of electroacupuncture jointed with thumbtack needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. MethodsAll 100 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomized into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by electroacupuncture jointed with thumbtack needle, while the control group by electroacupuncture and TDP, to compare clinical effects, the related syndrome scores and the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups. ResultsAfter four weeks of treatment, total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75% (45/48), higher than 82.60% (38/46) of the control group; the scores of deviated mouth, facial paralysis, pale red tongue, floating and tight pulse lowered compared with these before treating (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more notable than that of the control group notably (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 12.50% (6/48), lower than 13.04% (6/46) of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). ConclusionElectroacupuncture joint with thumbtack needle obtain notabie clinical effects with high safety.
