摘要:
从肠道微生态与中医脾的联系、再生障碍性贫血（aplastic anaemia，AA）与肠道微生物相关性及AA从脾论治的源流及治法治则3方面入手综述基于肠道微生态从脾论治AA的研究进展，指出AA属慢性疾病中的虚劳性疾病，核心病因病机为脾肾亏虚，治疗以健脾补肾法贯穿始终；而“脾”具有的运化抗邪功能与肠道菌群对机体的代谢和免疫功能相似，此可能为中医脾功能的生物学基础；AA的发生发展与肠道菌群紊乱密切相关，将中医发病机制与现代肠道微生态理论相结合探究调节肠道微生态的中药复方制剂与单味药物的应用可为治疗AA提供新思路。
Abstract:
Research progress of treating aplastic anaemia (AA) from spleen based on intestinal microecology is reviewed from three aspects: the correlations between intestinal microecology and spleen in TCM, the relation between AA and intestinal flora, the source of treatment of AA from spleen, therapeutic methods and principles. It is pointed out that AA belongs to asthenic disease in chronic diseases, the core etiology and pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen and kidney, and the method of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney runs throughout the treatment; in the theory of TCM, the spleen has the function of transporting and transforming and fighting against the pathogenic factors, similar to the effects of intestinal flora on metabolism and immune function, which may serve as the biological basis of splenic function of TCM; the incidence and development of AA is closely related to intestinal flora disorder, by combining TCM mechanism with modern intestinal microecology theory, herbal compound prescription and single herb for regulating intestinal microecology are investigated to provide the new thinking for the treatment of AA.
