摘要:
史锁芳教授根据“胸闷”的症状特征，认为该病可参见中医“肺痹”“胸痹”论治。她提出胸闷的关键病机在于胸中气机闭阻，肺气郁痹，水湿痰涎，气血凝滞，治疗上主张肺心同治，开泄宣痹，活血利水，升清降浊，针对临床各类肺系胸闷分证论治，经验独到，疗效显著。
Abstract:
According the symptoms and the characteristics of "chest tightness", professor Shi Suofang believes that the treatment could consult the therapies for "pulmonary arthralgia" "chest arthralgia", treating the lung and heart simultaneously. She proposes that the key pathogenesis of chest tightness is Qi blockage in the chest, stagnation of lung qi, water dampness, phlegm and saliva, stagnation of Qi and blood, she adopts opening and discharging to disperse arthralgia, promoting blood circulation and diuresis, ascending lucidity and descending turbidity as therapeutic methods, she treats different syndromes of chest tightness of lung disease, she has the unique experience and could obtain marked clinical effects.
