摘要:
通过典型案例探讨李仁廷教授治疗恶性肿瘤兼证功能性消化不良的经验，李仁廷教授认为该病的病因病机大多为“气虚”“气滞”“气逆”“阴虚”，分别采用健脾益气、疏肝理气、和胃降逆、益胃滋阴等法调理脾胃可改善患者消化功能，取得良好疗效。
Abstract:
Professor Li Renting's experience in the treatment of malignant tumor and functional dyspepsia was illustrated by typical cases, professor Li considers that the cause and the pathogenesis of the disease is mostly "Qi deficiency" "Qi stagnation" "Qi inversion" "Yin deficiency", he adopts invigorating spleen and benefiting Qi, soothing liver and regulating Qi, harmonizing stomach and downbearing counterflow, tonifying stomach and nourishing Yin to adjust stomach and spleen, improve digestive function, which could obtain good clinical effects.
