摘要:
目的探讨芪实益肾方联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎（chronic glomerulonephritis，CGN）的疗效及对炎症因子、肾纤维化指标的影响。 方法将CGN患者104例按照随机数字表法分为两组各52例，对照组口服缬沙坦，治疗组口服芪实益肾方与缬沙坦，疗程均为8周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、肾功能指标、炎症因子和肾纤维化指标以及总有效率。 结果治疗后治疗组主症、次症评分均低于对照组（P＜0.01），血肌酐（serum creatinine，Scr）、尿素氮（blood urea nitrogen，BUN）和24 h尿蛋白定量（24 Upro）均低于对照组（P＜0.01）；血清核转录因子κB（nuclear factor-κB，NF-κB）、白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、转化生长因子β1（transforming growth factor-β1，TGF-β1）、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1（tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1，TIMP-1）和纤维连接蛋白（fibronectin，FN）水平均低于对照组（P＜0.01），白细胞介素10（interleukin-10，IL-10）水平升高，但低于对照组（P＜0.01），总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论芪实益肾方联合缬沙坦可减轻CGN患者炎症损伤和肾组织纤维化，保护肾功能，改善患者中医证候，效果优于缬沙坦。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey curative effects of Qishi benefiting-kidney prescription and valsartan in treating CGN and its influence on inflammatory factors and renal fibrosis indexes. MethodsA total of 104 CGN patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 52 cases in each group, the control group adopted oral valsartan, and the treatment group took Qishi benefiting-kidney prescription and valsartan, the course was eight weeks. To compare TCM syndrome scores, renal function indexes, inflammatory factors, renal fibrosis indexes, total effective rate between both groups before and after treating. ResultsAfter the treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group in the scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms (P<0.01), the levels of Scr, BUN, 24Upro of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.01); the levels of NF-κB, IL-6, TNF-α, TGF-β1, TIMP-1 and FN were lower than these of the control group (P<0.01), the level of IL-10 was raised, but lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), total effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionQishi benefiting-kidney prescription and valsartan could relieve inflammatory injury and renal fibrosis, protect renal function, improve the patients’ TCM syndromes, and its effects superior to these of valsartan.
