摘要:
目的探究真武汤合六味地黄汤加减联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾炎综合征（nephritic syndrome，NS）的临床效果。 方法采用随机硬币投掷法将69例小儿肾炎综合征患儿分为两组。对照组33例给予单纯服用泼尼松治疗，观察组36例在对照组基础上给予真武汤合六味地黄汤加减治疗，共治疗12个月。观察两组治疗16周和治疗后证候积分、24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、肾功能指标和临床疗效。 结果与治疗前比较，两组治疗16周和治疗后证候积分各维度及总分均明显下降，24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐和尿素氮含量明显减少，血清白蛋白含量明显升高（P＜0.05）；其中观察组上述指标改善水平明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组显效率［86.11%（31/36）］明显高于对照组［63.64%（21/33）］（P＜0.05）。 结论真武汤合六味地黄汤加减联合泼尼松治疗小儿NS，可有效改善患儿高蛋白尿、浮肿症状，促进患儿肾功能恢复，提高血清白蛋白含量和疾病缓解率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey clinical effects of Zhenwu Tang, modified Liuwei Dihuang Tang combined with prednisone in the treatment of NS in children. MethodsAll 69 children were divided into two groups by using random coin flipping method. 33 cases of the control group were treated with prednisone, and 36 cases of the observation group with Zhenwu Tang and modified Liuwei Dihuang Tang, for 12 months altogether. To observe syndrome integrals, 24h urinary protein, serum albumin, the indexes of renal function and curative effects after 16 weeks of treatment and after treatment in both groups. ResultsCompared with before treatment, different dimensions of syndrome integrals and total scores of both groups lowered notably after 16 weeks of treatment and after treatment, the contents of 24h urinary protein, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were reduced notably, and the contents of serum albumin were increased obviously (P<0.05); among them, the observation group was better than the control group in the improvements of the above indexes (P<0.05). The marked effective rate of the observation group was [86.11%(31/36)], notably higher than [63.64%(21/33)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionZhenwu Tang, modified Liuwei Dihuang Tang combined with prednisone in the treatment of NS in children could effectively improve high proteinuria and dropsy, promote the recovery of renal function in children, increase the contents of serum albumin and disease remission rate.
