摘要:
从中医理论“心与小肠相表里”入手，通过研究肠道菌群的变化、肠道菌群失调在心力衰竭发展过程中的作用及干预肠道菌群对心力衰竭的影响，探讨心力衰竭与肠道菌群的关系。发现心力衰竭与肠道菌群密切相关，直接影响心力衰竭的发生与发展。这与中医传统理论“心与小肠相表里”相符，二者在生理与病理上彼此影响，心病可祸及肠道菌群，肠道菌群失调亦可反作用于心。
Abstract:
On the foundation of TCM theory "the interior and exterior relationship between heart and small intestine", the relationship between heart failure and intestinal flora is explored by studying the changes of intestinal flora when heart failure attacks, the role of alterations of intestinal flora in the progression of heart failure and the intervention effects of intestinal flora on heart failure. It is found that intestinal flora is closely related to heart failure, and directly affects the occurrence and development of heart failure, which conforms to traditional TCM theory "the interior and exterior relationship between heart and small intestine", they both influ-ence each other physiologically and pathologically, the illness of heart would hurt intestinal flora and vice versa.
