摘要:
从大脑功能重塑理论入手，探讨针灸（头针、电针、火针、艾灸等其他特殊针刺方法）结合康复训练对脑卒中后运动功能重建的影响，认为传统针灸与现代康复训练有机结合能发挥更显著的治疗效果，还能优化针灸、康复联合临床方案，从而为临床防治脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍提供研究的新方向。
Abstract:
Starting with the theory of brain remodeling, the impacts of acupuncture, including scalp , acusector, fire needle, moxa-moxibustion and other special methods, in combinations with reconstruction of motor function after stroke were discussed, we blieve that organic combination of traditional acupuncture with modern rehabilitation training could exert more significant therapeutic effects, and optimize the combined clinical plan of acupuncture and rehabilitation, therefore to provide new direction for the study on clinical prevention and treatment of post-stroke limb motor dysfunction.
