摘要:
对胎盘血管生成异常致复发性自然流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA）及其中医药治疗的研究进行综述，指出胎盘血管生成异常是导致复发性自然流产的重要原因之一，血管生成因子能够促进或抑制血管生成，参与胎儿发育过程，miRNA在胎盘血管生成中的作用已得到证实，通过调控血管生成因子及miRNA进而调控胎盘血管生成可以作为临床治疗RSA的方法之一；外泌体能够通过携带蛋白质、信使核糖核酸（mRNA）和微小核糖核酸（miRNA）至受体细胞，实现对受体细胞的调节，并已被证明对胎盘血管生成具有调控作用，从而影响胎儿的生长发育；中医药能够通过调控血管生成治疗RSA，但需进一步深入探讨。
Abstract:
Through reviewing the studies on recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) caused by abnormal placental angiogenesis and its TCM treatment, it is pointed out that abnormal placental angiogenesis is one of the important reasons of causing RSA; angiogenesis factor could promote or inhibit angiogenesis, participating in fetal development, the effects of miRNA produced in placental angiogenesis have been conformed, by adjusting angiogenesis factor and miRNA, and thus regulating placental angiogenesis, which could be chosen as one of the methods of treating RSA in clinic; exosome could realize the regulation of receptor cells by carrying protein, messenger RNA (mRNA) and microRNA (miRNA) to receptor cells, and it has been proved to have a regulatory effect on placental angiogenesis, so as to affect fetal growth and development; TCM possesses therapeutic effects of RSA by regulating the angiogenesis, and its therapeutic mechanism still needs to be further explored.
