摘要:
黄元御精通阴阳五行学说，尊崇四圣经典，尤其对《伤寒论》中桂枝剂推崇至极。在治疗妇科疾病时，黄氏多从气机升降的角度进行辨证施治，擅用桂枝调达经气。他认为不同方剂中的桂枝，可以治疗月经病、妊娠病、产后病等妇科疾病，其均可通达肝木，疏调气机而达到治疗作用。
Abstract:
Huang Yuanyu is proficient in the theory of YinYang and the five elements, and respects four saints' classics, predominantly, praising the preparation containing Guizhi from Shanghan Lun highly. When treating gynecological disease, Huang Yuanyu conducts syndrome differentiation and treatment from the angles of ascending and descending of Qi movement, and he is skilled in applying Guizhi in the regulation of the menstruation. He believes that Guizhi contained in different preparations could treat gynecological diseases including the diseases related to menstruation and pregnancy as well as postpartum disease, it could develop therapeutic effects by dredging and smoothing liver wood and adjusting Qi movement.
