摘要:
中医学认为，原发性骨质疏松症（primary osteoporosis，POP），虽为骨骼疾病，但其病程与骨、筋、肌三者密不可分。因此以“骨、筋、肌”三位一体理论为基础，从三者之间的关系、发病机理、治疗、预防等方面进行论述，希望为POP的中医临床防治提供新的思路及参考，进而体显中医整体观在POP研讨中的作用。
Abstract:
TCM holds that primary osteoporosis (POP) belongs to bone disease, its course is closely related to bone, sinew and muscle. Therefore, on the foundation of the trinity theory of bone, sinew and muscle, the paper states the relationship between them, pathogenesis, treatment and the prevention, hoping to provide new thinking and reference for TCM clinical prevention and treatment of POP, thereby embodying the functions of TCM holism in POP research.
