摘要:
王振涛教授认为扩张型心肌病（dilated cardiomyopathy，DCM）乃先天禀赋不足或后天失养，邪毒内侵导致心肺功能受损，影响大气贯心脉行呼吸、统三焦助气化之功用，致使瘀血、水湿痹阻心脉而致心体渐大的全身性疾患，为本虚标实之证。大气下陷、气血失调是该病发生发展的根本原因，血瘀水停是其病机关键，据此提出益气升陷、活血利水的治疗大法，创制抗纤益心方为基础方，并根据患者病程阶段及临床表现，灵活加减，标本兼治；同时结合中西医特点，兼收并蓄，酌盈剂虚，博采众长，优化临床疗效。
Abstract:
Professor Wang Zhentao believes that dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) belongs to systematic disease, a pattern of deficient in origin and excessive in superficiality, which is induced by congenital lack of endowment or acquired loss of nourishment, internal invasion of evil toxin, leading to the damage of cardiopulmonary function, affecting the function of thoracic Qi, breathing through the heart and pulse, governing three energizers and helping gasification, inducing blood stasis and water-dampness impeding heart and pulse, and causing cardiac enlargement, sunken thoracic Qi, and disorder of Qi and blood are the root cause of the occurrence and development of the disease, blood stasis causing water retention is the key of the pathogenesis, accordingly, to raise therapeutic methods of benefiting Qi and uplifting the sunken Qi, promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis, and invent anti-fibrosis benefiting-heart prescription as the basic one, modifying in light of the course of the disease and the patients' clinical manifestations, adding and subtracting flexibly, addressing both symptoms and the root cause; simultaneously, combined with the characteristics of integrative medicine, taking in everything, making up for the deficit, learning widely from others' strong points, to optimize clinical effects.
