摘要:
目的观察潜阳封髓丹联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征肾阴阳俱虚证的疗效。 方法将72例围绝经期综合征肾阴阳俱虚证患者随机分为两组各36例。对照组口服芬吗通（1/10 mg），观察组口服潜阳封髓丹配方颗粒（早晚温服，每日1剂）及芬吗通（1/10 mg）。观察两组患者总有效率及治疗前后雌二醇（estradiol，E2）、卵泡刺激素（follicle stimulating hormone，FSH)、抗穆勒氏管激素（anti-mullerian hormone，AMH）、中医证候评分、单项症状评分、改良Kupperman指数（KI）评分。 结果总有效率观察组为94.12%（32/34），高于对照组的80.00%（28/35）（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者FSH均较治疗前降低，观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者E2、AMH均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），两组升高程度相当（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者KI积分及中医证候积分均下降，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组患者单项症状积分均下降，其中观察组患者腰背冷痛、足跟痛（P＜0.01）及耳鸣、健忘、失眠多梦、倦怠乏力、烦躁易怒、小便频数等改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论潜阳封髓丹联合芬吗通在改善围绝经期综合征肾阴阳俱虚证患者症状及激素水平方面具有优势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Qianyang Fengsui pills in combination with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome (deficiency of renal Yin and Yang). MethodsAll 72 patients were randomized into two groups with 36 cases in each group. The control group took estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets orally (1/10 mg), and the observation group Qianyang Fengsui pills (taking in the morning and evening, one dose each day) joined with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets orally (1/10 mg). To observe total effective rate, the levels of E2, FSH and AMH, TCM syndrome integrals, the scores of individual symptom, KI scores between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34), higher than 80.00% (28/35) of the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, the levels of FSH in both groups lowered compared with before treatment, and the decrease of the observation group was more noticeable (P<0.05); after the treatment, the levels of E2, AMH of both groups raised than these before the treatment (P<0.05), the elevation is comparable in both groups (P>0.05); after the treatment, KI integrals and TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.01); after the treatment, individual symptom score lowered in both groups, and the observation group was superior to the control group in the improvements of lumbodorsal cold and pain, heel pain (P<0.01), tinnitus, forgetfulness, insomnia, dreaminess, fatigue, irritability and frequency of urination (P<0.05). ConclusionQianyang Fengsui pills in combination with estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets have the advantages in improving the symptoms and the levels of hormone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome (deficiency of renal Yin and Yang).
