摘要:
通过概述脂肪组织与骨髓脂肪组织(bone marrow adipose tissue,MAT)的能量代谢,探讨“阳化气、阴成形”的阴阳理论与能量代谢的相关性,总结中医药干预脂肪能量代谢的作用机制,创新性探讨中医药通过调整阴阳干预MAT能量代谢以防治绝经后骨质疏松症的可能性,为该病的防治提出新途径。
Abstract:
By reviewing energy metabolism of fatty tissue and bone marrow adipose tissue (MAT), the paper explores the connections between Yinyang theory of "Yang transforming into Qi and Yin taking shape" and energy metabolism, sums up the mechanism of TCM in the intervention of energy metabolism, and surveys the possibility of TCM intervention in MAT energy metabolism by adjusting Yin and Yang treatment to prevent and treat postmenopausal osteoporosis, which could be taken as a new way for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
