摘要:: 查阅近年来壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法治疗痛症的相关研究发现，壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法通过针、罐、酒的相互作用，具有补益气血、消肿止痛、拔毒泻热功效，可使人体气血趋于平衡，三气同步，病势自愈；其能缓解风寒湿毒阻滞龙、火二路的痛症如瘀血型偏头痛、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、痛风性关节炎、风湿性关节炎、颈椎病、肩周炎、跌打损伤、卒中后肩手综合征及骨质增生等患者的疼痛症状，但对其镇痛作用机制研究较少，今后可从针刺刺激作用于神经活性物质方面进一步探究。

Abstract:: By consulting the related studied on blood stasis dispelling therapy of lotus acupuncture and cupping of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of pain, blood stasis dispelling therapy of lotus acupuncture and cupping of Zhuang medicine could tonify Qi and blood, reduce swelling and stop pain, detoxify and purge heat through the interaction of needles, cup and wine, which could balance Qi and blood in human body with synchronized Qi of needles, cup and wine, so as to cure the patients; the disease could alleviate the pain caused by wind, cold, dampness and toxin obstructing dragon path and fire path, such as blood stasis type migraine, postherpetic neuralgia, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, injuries from falls, fractures, contusions and strains, traumatic injury, post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome and hyperostosis, while there were fewer studies on the mechanism of its analgesic action, and we need to further explore the effects of acupuncture on neuroactive substances.
