摘要:
目的研究壮医药线点灸疗法治疗皮肤病的适宜病症及取穴规律。 方法收集自建库以来至2019年12月收录于中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库、维普期刊全文数据库的壮医药线点灸治疗皮肤病的临床文献，建立壮医药线点灸疗法治疗皮肤病的病种及选穴数据库，对数据进行描述统计及关联规则分析。 结果壮医药线点灸疗法治疗皮肤病的疾病谱共涉及9类疾病19个具体病症，总病例数为4811例，有效病例数为4618例，有效率为96.0%。适宜病症包括带状疱疹、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、痤疮和疣；常用适宜病症包括湿疹、斑秃、疖肿、疮疡；次常用适宜病症包括癣类疾病。治疗方案选择方面，各病症治疗以单纯应用壮医药线点灸最多，其次是采用综合疗法，以壮医药线点灸配合针刺、中药外敷和中药内服等为多。最常用体穴为皮损处、足三里穴和三阴交穴。关联性最强的穴位组合为局梅穴与手三里穴和内关穴、三阴交穴与足三里穴。 结论壮医药线点灸治疗多种常见皮肤病疗效满意，临床治疗取穴特色鲜明，但文献数量较少，且文献质量较低，需进一步扩大临床应用并规范临床研究，加强实验研究力度，探讨治疗机制，为壮医药线点灸治疗皮肤病的临床疗效提供强有力的科学依据，不断提高临床疗效并推广应用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the appropriate disease and syndromes and acupoint selection rule of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine for skin diseases. MethodsClinical literature on medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine for skin diseases were gathered between database establishment time and December, 2019 from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, to establish the database of disease entities and acupoint selection for medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine for skin diseases, and to carry out descriptive statistics and association rules of the data. ResultsThe spectrum of disease of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine for skin diseases involved nine kinds of disease and 19 specific syndromes, total number of the cases was 4811 cases, the number of the effective cases was 4618 cases and the effective rate was 96.0%. The appropriate diseases contained herpes zoster, postherpetic neuralgia, acne and warts; the commonly-used disease included eczema, pelada, pimple and sore; the sub-commonly used diseases covered the ones like ringworm. Regarding therapeutic regimen selection, the treatment of different diseases adopts single use of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine mostly, comprehensive therapy the next, usually medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine joined with acupuncture, herbal external application and oral administration of herbs. The commonly-used acupoints are skin lesions, Zusanli (ST36) and Sanyinjiao (SP6). The acupoint combinations with the strongest associations are Jumei, Shousanli (LI10) and Neiguan (PC6), Sanyinjiao and Zusanli. ConclusionMedicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine could achieve satisfactory effects in the treatment of many common skin diseases with distinctive clinical therapeutic acupoint selection, but the literature is low in quality and quantity, we need to further expand clinical application and standardize clinical study, strengthen experimental researches and explore therapeutic mechanism, to provide the strong and powerful scientific reference for clinical effects of the therapy in the treatment of skin diseases, meanwhile, continuously to improve the clinical effects and promote its application.
