摘要:
目的探究温针灸翳风穴联合中药贴敷对面瘫患者面神经瘫痪分级（house-brackmann grading system，HBGS）评分、面部残疾指数评分（facial disability index scale，FDI）及社会功能的影响。 方法将102例面瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各51例。对照组予温针灸翳风穴治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药贴敷。比较两组总有效率、治疗前后症状体征积分、面神经功能［复合肌肉动作电位（compound muscle action potential，CAMP）、波峰潜伏期（peak latency，PL）及面神经评分系统（Fisch）］、FDI［躯体功能评分（physical facial disability index，FDIP）、社会功能评分（social facial disability index，FDIS）］、HBGS以及患者满意度。 结果治疗组总有效率为88.24%（45/51），高于对照组的70.59%（36/51）（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后症状体征积分、PL、FDIS、HBGS评分低于治疗前（P＜0.05），治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后CAMP、Fisch、FDIP较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；患者满意度治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论温针灸翳风穴联合中药贴敷可有效升高面瘫患者FDIP评分，降低HBGS及FDIS，改善患者临床症状及社会功能，调节面神经功能，提高患者满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influences of warming acupuncture at Yifeng point and Chinese medicine application on the House-Brackmann grading system (HBGS) score, facial disability index (FDI) and social function of patients with facial paralysis. MethodsAll 102 patients were separated into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with warming acupuncture at Yifeng point, and the treatment group accepted traditional Chinese medicine application based on the therapy the control group received. To compare total effective rate, the scores of symptoms and body signs before and after treatment, facial nerve function (CAMP, PL and Fisch), FDI (FDIP and FDIS), HBGS and the patients' satisfaction degree between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%(45/51), higher than 70.59%(36/51) of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of symptoms and body signs, PL, FDIS and HBGS of both groups after treatment were lower than these before the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); CAMP, Fisch and FDIP of both groups increased after the treatment than before the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); the patients' satisfaction degree of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionWarming acupuncture at Yifeng point and Chinese medicine application could effectively raise FDIP scores, reduce HBGS and FDIS, improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and social function, regulate facial nerve function and lift the patients’ satisfaction degrees.
