摘要:
目的观察穴位埋线联合西药对肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者颈椎活动度及生活质量的影响。 方法选择60例肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎且颈椎活动受限的患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以穴位埋线治疗，两组均治疗8周。观察并记录两组治疗前后颈椎活动度评分、颈椎活动度（前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋及右旋）、生存质量评分及临床疗效，并对相关指标进行统计学分析。 结果观察组总有效率［90.00%（27/30）］高于对照组［56.67%（17/30）］（P＜0.05）；观察组颈椎活动度评分及颈椎活动度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组各项生存质量评分改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论穴位埋线联合西药治疗可有效改善强直性脊柱炎患者的颈椎活动度、提高其生活质量，疗效优于单纯口服西药治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of acupoint catgut embedding and Western medicine on cervical spine mobility and quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis of renal Yang depletion pattern. MethodsSixty patients with ankylosing spondylitis of renal Yang depletion pattern and suffering limited cervical mobility were selected, and allocated to the observation group and the control group using random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was administered with Sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated by acupoint catgut embedding based on the therapy the control group accepted, both groups were treated for eight weeks. To observe and record the scores of cervical spine mobility, cervical spine mobility (forward flexion, backward extension, left lateral flexion, right lateral flexion, left rotation and right rotation), the scores of quality of life and clinical effects between both groups before and after the treatment, to statistically analyze the related indexes. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was [90.00%(27/30)], higher than [56.67%(17/30)] of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was superior to the control group in the scores of cervical spine mobility and cervical spine mobility (P<0.05); the observation group was better than the control group in the scores of quality of life (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupoint catgut embedding and Western medicine could effectively improve cervical spine mobility and quality of life in patients with ankylosing spondylitis of renal Yang depletion pattern, and its effects superior to these of only oral administra-tion of Western medicine.
