摘要:: 谢晶日教授认为功能性腹泻病机主要以脾虚为本，传导失司为标，兼有肝郁气结、肾阳不足和食积不化之证，治疗当以健脾除湿、运脾消积为本，止泻生津为标，疏肝化积、温肾助阳为辅，同时配合针灸佐助，开路祛邪，共同调理患者机体气血阴阳，提高治疗效果。
