摘要:
基于幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染及骨质疏松症二者病机的相关性,从“脾虚”理论出发,指出了“脾虚”与Hp感染及骨质疏松症的相关性,并且溯本求源,探讨Hp感染诱发骨质疏松症的发病机制,以及Hp与骨密度与维生素D的相关性,达到治病必求于本的目的,以期为临床治疗Hp感染合并骨质疏松症提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Based on the correlation between the pathogenesis of helicobacter pylori (Hp) and osteoporosis, starting from the theory of "spleen deficiency", "spleen deficiency" is linked to Hp infection and osteoporosis, the pathogenesis of osteoporosis induced by Hp infection is discussed, as well as the connection between Hp, bone density and vitamin D, so as to provide the theoretical reference for clinical treatment of Hp infection and osteoporosis.
