摘要:
从食疗养生的发展历史、治疗原理及方法、饮食宜忌、食疗养生调养体质、食疗防治常见皮肤病以及基于药食同源思想的名医用药经验等出发,对中医食疗养生与皮肤病进行阐述,指出皮肤病的病因之一是饮食劳倦,中医食疗可通过辨证施膳、五味调和来防治皮肤病,同时应通过忌口降低疾病复发率。
Abstract:
On the foundation of the development of dietary therapy and health preservation, therapeutic principles and methods, dietary taboos, constitution adjustment with dietary therapy and health preservation, and the prevention and treatment of common skin diseases with dietary therapy, as well as famous doctors’ experience based on the thought of homology between medicine and food, the author discussed TCM dietary therapy and health preservation, and skin diseases, one of the causes for skin diseases was improper diet and burnout, TCM dietary therapy could prevent and treat skin diseases via syndrome differentiation and diet, and five-flavor adjustment, meanwhile reduce the disease recurrence rate via avoiding certain food.
