摘要:: 基于《秘本种子金丹》上卷探讨叶天士有关“养精之道”和“求嗣之法”的学术思想。叶天士指出养精之道主要从寡欲、节劳、息怒、戒酒、慎味五个层面入手，而求嗣之法以补肾为主，重视辨证施治，因证而变，因人而异，反对固执一方一药。叶天士《秘本种子金丹》的养精理论和求嗣之法对于临床探索男性生殖健康之路具有重要的指导意义，值得进一步研究及探讨。

Abstract:: The paper discusses Ye Tianshi's academic thought on "the way of nurturing essence" and "the way of producing offspring" based on the first volume of Miben Zhongzi JinDan (Treasured Book of Producing Offspring). Ye Tianshi points out that the way of nurturing essence is mainly started from five layers: controlling the desires, regulating labor, controlling the temper, abstaining from alcoholic drink and no bias of flavors, while the way of producing offspring focuses on invigoraing kidney, taking syndrome differentiation and treatment seriously, changing with the syndromes and the individual, opposing one prescription for all. Ye Tianshi's theory of nurturing essence and method of producing offspring possesses the guiding significance for clinical exploration of the road to male reproductive health, and it is worthy of further study and discussion.
