摘要:
目的系统评价龙胆泻肝汤联合核苷类抗病毒药物治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。 方法计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、万方全文数据库（WanFang）、CBM、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library电子数据库，搜集有关龙胆泻肝汤联合核苷类抗病毒药物治疗带状疱疹的随机对照试验（randomized controlled trials，RCTs），检索时间从建库至2021年7月31日。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。共纳入15篇RCT，包括1294例患者。 结果Meta分析显示，龙胆泻肝汤联合核苷类抗病毒治疗带状疱疹在临床治愈率方面高于对照组（RR=1.43，95%CI：1.29～1.58，P＜0.000 01）；结痂时间短于对照组（MD=-1.88，95%CI：-2.28～-1.48，P＜0.000 01）；痊愈时间短于对照组（MD=-4.70，95%CI：-6.75～-2.66，P＜0.000 01）；后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组（RR=0.29，95%CI：0.14～0.58，P=0.0005）；不良事件发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（RR=1.05，95%CI：0.67～1.64，P=0.84）。 结论龙胆泻肝汤联合核苷类抗病毒药物治疗带状疱疹的疗效优于单用核苷类抗病毒药物疗法，但仍需更高质量的相关研究来进一步证明以上结论。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo systematically assess clinical effects of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction joined with nucleoside antiviral drugs in the treatment of herpes zoster. MethodsRandomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of herpes zoster (HZ) with modified Longdan Xiegan decoction joined with nucleoside antiviral drugs were searched from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, CBM, Pubmed, Embase and Cochrane Library, and the retrieval time ranged between the time of establishing the database and July 31st, 2021. RevMan 5.3 was applied to conduct Meta analysis, 15 RCTs were included, involving 1294 patients. ResultsMeta analysis displayed that modified Longdan Xiegan decoction joined with nucleoside antiviral drugs in treating BA is higher than the control group (RR=1.43, 95%CI:1.29-1.58, P<0.000 01) in clinical cure rate; shorter than the control group in the time of incrusta-tion (MD=-1.88, 95%CI: -2.28 - -1.48, P<0.000 01); cure time shorter than that of the control group (MD=-4.70, 95%CI: -6.75 - -2.66, P<0.000 01); postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) lower than that of the control group (RR=0.29, 95%CI:0.14-0.58, P=0.0005); the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidences of adverse reaction when compared with the control group (RR=1.05, 95%CI:0.67-1.64, P=0.84). ConclusionTherapeutic effects of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction joined with nucleoside antiviral drugs in the treatment of HZ are superior to these of single use of nucleoside antiviral drugs, however, high-quality studies are needed to further prove the above conclusions.
