摘要:
从脑缺血再灌注损伤（cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury，CIRI）与内质网应激以及自噬之间的关系出发，探讨针刺治疗CIRI对内质网应激-自噬途径产生的影响，指出未折叠蛋白反应（unfold protein response，UPR）的重要性，为指导临床治疗提供科学依据。
Abstract:
On the foundation of the relationship between cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury (CIRI), endoplasmic reticulum stress and autophagy, the paper discussed the effects of acupuncture treatment for CIRI on endoplasmic reticulum stress-autophagy and pointed out the importance of unfold protein response (UPR), in order to provide scientific reference for guiding clinical therapy.
