摘要:
目的对中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染的相关文献进行可视化分析，探究该领域的研究热点和趋势。 方法收集中国知网（CNKI）2002—2021年中医药治疗Hp感染的研究文献，运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对文献的作者、机构、关键词等信息进行分析。 结果检索出1201篇文献，经筛选后纳入929篇文献。总体看，发文量呈上升趋势；高发文量作者少，发文量≥4篇的作者有19位，其中仅有3位发文量超过5篇；机构亦少，发文量≥7篇的机构共13家；关键词出现频次≥10次的共22个，前5个关键词分别是慢性胃炎、中医证型、临床研究、Hp、中医药。 结论中医药治疗Hp感染相关研究的关注度不断提高，但未形成有核心引领的团队合作，缺乏跨机构、跨地区合作，整体处于初级阶段；研究热点集中在Hp感染所致胃肠道疾病的临床研究，包括慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌等，涉及中医证型、中医体质以及中西医结合治疗等方面；四联疗法结合中医药治疗、中医药对不良反应的改善情况将成为研究趋势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the research hotspots and trend in the field by conducting visual analysis of the pertinent literature on TCM treatment of Hp infection. MethodsAfter searching the papers on TCM treatment of Hp infection from CNKI between 2002 and 2021, CiteSpace 5.8.R3 was applied to ananlyze the information of papers including author, institutions and keywords. Results929 articles were included after screening from 1201 papers retrieved. Overall, the number of publications were on the rise, However, a smaller number of authors have published more papers, 19 authors have published the papers≥4, among them, only three authors have published more than five papers; and the same applied to the institutions, 13 institutions have published papers≥7; 22 keywords appeared≥ten times, and the top five keywords were chronic gastritis, TCM patterns, clinical study, Hp and TCM. ConclusionMore attention has been paid to the relevant studies on TCM treatment of Hp infection, but the study is still in the primary stage, lacking the collaboration with core leadership and cooperation across institutions and regions; the research hotspots focus on clinical study of gastrointestinal disease induced by Hp infection, covering chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers and gastric cancer, involving TCM patterns, TCM constitutions and integrative medicine treatment; combining quadruple therapy with TCM therapy, the improvements of adverse reaction with TCM would be the research trend.
