摘要:
目的采用中医传承计算平台V3.0软件，探究王庆国教授治疗内伤头痛的用药规律及学术思想。 方法收集王庆国教授诊治内伤头痛的门诊病案，规范化录入（V3.0）系统并作分析。 结果共纳入142首处方，涉及中药253味，使用频次排名前10的药物依次为柴胡、白芍、川芎、当归、炙甘草、黄芩、煅牡蛎、法半夏、桂枝、黄芪；四气以“温”为主，五味以“甘”为多，主要入脾、肝二经，药物功效以补虚类药物最多；共得到9组药物组合，6个核心类方。 结论王庆国教授认为内伤头痛的主要病机是肝郁脾虚，气血失和，致病因素为风、火、痰、瘀、虚相互交织；王庆国教授治疗本病擅从整体出发，考虑疾病之病症证势，熟谙六经辨位，引经入药；注重经、时二方合用，一脉相承；强调平时调护，预防复发。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore professor Wang Qingguo’s medication rules and academic thought on the treatment of internal injury-induced headache using TCMISS V3.0. MethodsCases of internal injury-induced headache diagnosed and treated by professor Wang Qingguo were collected, input into the system after standardized processing and analyzed. ResultsAll 142 prescriptions were included, involving 253 herbs, and the top ten medicines were Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae radix alba), and Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae sinensis radix), Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle), and Huangqin (Scutellariae radix), calcined Muli (Calcined ostreae concha), Fabanxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum), Guizhi (Cinnamomum cassia Presl) and Huangqi (Astragali radix). Warm-natured and sweet-flavored medicines, entering the meridians of spleen and liver, belong to the category of tonics; the analysis identified nine drug combinations and six core prescriptions. ConclusionProfessor Wang Qingguo holds that the main pathogenesis of internal injury-induced headache lies in depression of liver Qi and spleen deficiency, and the imbalanced Qi and blood, the pathogenic factors involve a complex interplay of wind, fire, phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency; Taking a holistic approach and considering the symptoms and syndromes of the diseases, professor Wang Qingguo applies six-meridian differentiation and guiding medicinal herb in the treatment; he lays emphasis on the combination of classical prescription and current one, daily care and the prevention of recurrence.
