摘要:
以中医体用观为切入点，即“阴阳为体，变化为用”“形神为体，相合为用”“精气为体，升降为用”为切入点，通过对肿瘤演进过程中物质转化与能量代谢的生物学机制的阐释，初步探讨“体”“用”与中医肿瘤发生与转移的内在关联；从西医糖代谢失衡、脂代谢紊乱、氨基酸代谢重塑及中医气血、阴阳的不同维度，解析肿瘤增殖、转移与细胞代谢的关系，构建体用观视域下中医肿瘤发生与转移的思维框架，指出中医肿瘤发生的“体”表现在物质失常转化方面，“用”表现在能量异常代谢方面，可围绕西医科学原理与中医哲学思维，探索体用观视域下中医肿瘤发生与转移的逻辑性。
Abstract:
Based on the substance-function perspective in TCM, encompassing "Yin-Yang as substance, change as function", "form and spirit as substance, integration as function" and "essence-Qi as substance, ascending-descending as function", and through an elucidation of the biological mechanisms underlying substance transformation and energy metabolism during tumor progression, this study preliminarily investigates the intrinsic correlations between "substance" and "function" and the TCM understanding of tumor occurrence and metastasis. From the perspectives of glucose metabolism imbalance, lipid metabolism disorder, and amino acid metabolism remodeling in Western medicine, as well as Qi-blood and Yin-Yang in TCM, this study analyzes the relationship between tumor proliferation, metastasis, and cellular metabolism, and constructs a conceptual framework for tumor occurrence and metastasis in TCM from the perspective of the substance-function view. It points out that, within the TCM framework of tumor pathogenesis, the "substance" aspect is manifested as abnormal substance transformation, while the "function" aspect is manifested as abnormal energy metabolism. By integrating Western medical scientific principles with TCM philosophical thinking, this study explores the logic underlying tumor occurrence and metastasis in TCM from the substance-function perspective.
