摘要:
基于蛋白尿“脾肾虚损为本，湿、热、瘀为标，风邪为诱因”的病机认识，系统梳理分析临床常用治疗药对健脾类（如黄芪-党参）、温肾阳类（如干姜-附子）、滋肾阴类（如枸杞子-女贞子）、平补阴阳类（如山茱萸-山药）、清热利湿类（如土茯苓-车前子）、收涩固精类（如金樱子-芡实）、活血化瘀类（如川芎-地龙）、疏风通络类（如僵蚕-蝉蜕）及疏利少阳类（如柴胡-黄芩）的配伍机理与临床应用，以期提高中医临床辨证用药的精准性，为肾性蛋白尿的现代研究与复方开发提供依据。
Abstract:
Based on the understanding to the pathogenesis of renal proteinuria, characterized by "spleen and kidney deficiency as the root cause, dampness, heat, and blood stasis as the secondary manifestations", the paper systematically reviews and analyzes compatibility mechanism and clinical application of the commonly used herb pairs in Traditional Chinese Medicine including the spleen-strengthening herbs [such as Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus)-Dangshen (Codonopsis pilosula)], renal Yang-warming herbs [such as dried ginger-Fuzi (Aconiti lateralis radix praeparata)], and, kidney Yin-nourishing herbs [such as Gouqizi (Lycii fructus)-Nüzhenzi(Ligustri lucidi fructus)], neutral Yin-Yang tonics [such as Shanzhuyu (Corni fructus)-Shanyao (Dioscoreae rhizoma)], heat-clearing and dampness-removing herbs [such as Tufuling (Smilacis glabrae rhizoma)-Cheqianzi (Plantaginis semen)], and herbs that astringe and secure essence [such as Jinyingzi(Rosae laevigatae fructus)-Qianshi(Euryales semen)], Chinese herbal medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis [such as Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong rhizoma)-Dilong (pheretima)], wind-dispelling and collateral-dredging Chinese herbal medicines [such as Jiɑngcɑn (Bombyx batryticatus)-Chantui (Cicadae periostracum)], Shaoyang-dredging herbs [such as Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) -Huangqin (Scutellariae radix)], with the aim of enhancing the accuracy of TCM clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and providing a rationale for modern research and compound formulation development for renal proteinuria.
