基于敦煌出土卷子P.3287中关于一年四季十二个月平脉脉象变化的记载，不同季节对应各具特征的平脉。文章旨在探讨脉象随季节、月份呈现规律性变化的内在机理，揭示其核心影响因素。研究从中医学术源头入手，对该现象进行理论溯源与本质阐释，以期为阐释中医脉诊的时间医学内涵提供理论支撑。

Based on the records of normal pulse changes across the twelve months of the four seasons in the Dunhuang manuscript P.3287, each season corresponds to normal pulses with distinct characteristics. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the intrinsic mechanisms responsible for the regular pulse variations observed across different seasons and months, and to reveal the key factors influencing these changes. By tracing the theoretical roots of this phenomenon within TCM, the study provides an essential interpretation, aiming to offer theoretical foundations for understanding the chronomedicine implications of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
