摘要:
刘一明为清代著名的内丹家、医学家，临证经验丰富。其临证治疗特色主要包括：一是常针药并重，协同增效；二是强调服药方法与时间，注重“三因制宜”原则，灵活调整用药；三是善用生药鲜汁治疗出血急症；四是用药讲究法度，随证治之，创制新方；五是重视药物炮制，严格遵循“因病殊制”原则，以达到增强药效或降低毒性的目的。刘一明的临证用药经验，对指导现代中医临床实践、提高诊疗疗效具有重要参考价值。
Abstract:
Liu Yiming, the alchemist and medical scientist in Qing dynasty, was rich in clinical experience. His drug use characteristics of clinical treatment mainly contained: firstly, he laid emphasis on acupuncture and medicine frequently, creating synergy and enhancing clinical effects; secondly, he emphasized the methods and time of taking medicine, paying attention to the principles of "syndrome differentiation and treatment according to patient, time and locality" and flexibly adjusting the medication; thirdly, he was good at treating acute bleeding with fresh juice of medicinal herbs; fourthly, he followed the rules of the principles of medication, modifying the medicine in light of the symptoms, and invented the new prescription; fifthly, he took medicinal processing seriously, and strictly followed the principles of "special processing according to diseases", in a bid to enhance the efficacy of the medicine or reduce the toxicity. His experience of clinical medication has great reference value for guiding modern clinical practice of TCM and raising clinical effects of the diagnosis and treatment.
