摘要:
基于中医阴火理论，从阴阳属性、五行生克、辨证论治、轴动轮转角度出发，对功能性消化不良进行研究，总结提出治病当以温补为本，兼以春气生则万化安，以甘寒泻火坚阴以治标的方案，该方案临床疗效确切，能显著降低疾病复发率，并促进患者重建健康的脾胃生态系统，为功能性消化不良的防治提供了新的思路与方法。
Abstract:
Based on the Yin-Fire theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this study investigates functional dyspepsia(fD) from the perspectives of Yin-Yang attributes, the five-phase generating and restraining relationships, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and the "axis-pivot and wheel-turning" dynamic. It is concluded that the therapeutic approach should take warming and replenishing as the fundamental principle, while following the notion that "when spring Qi arises, all transformations are secured." This should be combined with the use of sweet and cold herbs to drain fire, strengthen Yin, and address the symptoms. This regimen has demonstrated definitive clinical efficacy, significantly reducing the recurrence rate of the disease and promoting the reconstruction of a healthy spleen-stomach ecosystem in patients. It therefore provides a new perspective and methodology for the prevention and treatment of functional dyspepsia.
