摘要:: 从经络、脏腑、伤寒六经辨证三个层面系统阐释“阳明”的内涵。认为阳明在生理功能上主导冲脉，既为其提供气血物质基础，又作为气机升降枢纽调节冲脉之气机运动。冲脉对女性生理及病理具有重要作用，阳明体系因气机升降失常、热邪偏盛、气血盛衰等病理变化可影响冲脉，进而引发多种妇科疾病。临床辨治应紧扣病机，治法包括镇降冲气以通降胃气、清解阳明实热或阴虚之热以平和冲脉、补益阳明气血以荣养冲脉，并在治疗妇科杂病时注重治病求本、正本清源。

Abstract:: This paper systematically elucidates the connotation of "Yangming" from three aspects: meridians, viscera, and the six-meridian syndrome differentiation of cold damage. It is proposed that Yangming physiologically dominates the Thoroughfare Vessel, not only providing it with the material basis of Qi and blood but also serving as the pivot of Qi movement to regulate the Qi activity of the Thoroughfare Vessel. The Thoroughfare Vessel plays a crucial role in female physiology and pathology. Pathological changes in the Yangming system, such as abnormal ascent and descent of Qi movement, exuberant heat pathogen, and excess and deficiency of Qi and blood, can affect the Thoroughfare Vessel, thereby inducing various gynecological diseases. Clinical treatment should closely adhere to the pathogenesis, with therapeutic methods including suppressing the ascending counterflow of Thoroughfare Vessel Qi to promote the downward movement of stomach Qi, clearing excessive heat or heat due to Yin deficiency in Yangming to pacify the Thoroughfare Vessel, and tonifying Yangming Qi and blood to nourish the Thoroughfare Vessel. In treating miscellaneous gynecological diseases, attention should be paid to addressing the root cause of the disease and clarifying the source of the disorder.
