摘要:
目的系统挖掘与传承张之文教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）的临床经验，旨在从其有效病案中提炼出核心治法、脏腑归属、证候及有效经验方。 方法以张之文教授治疗COPD的有效病案为基础，整合《中华人民共和国药典》与SymMap数据库构建数据集，并分别建立药物与证候网络。运用复杂网络分析技术，通过计算网络节点的中介中心性、接近中心性和度中心性等拓扑学性质，对数据进行量化筛选与整理。 结果通过网络拓扑分析，明确了张之文教授治疗COPD的核心治法8项、主要作用的脏腑2个，以及核心证候8个。最终，凝练出一个由16味中药构成的有效经验方。 结论通过数据挖掘与网络分析方法，客观、系统地总结了张之文教授治疗COPD的临床经验与学术思想，所提炼的核心要素及经验方为其临床经验的传承与推广应用提供了依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo systematically explore and preserve professor Zhang Zhiwen’s clinical experience in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the study aims to extract the core therapeutic methods, zang-fu organ associations, patterns, and effective empirical formulas from his valid medical records. MethodsBased on Professor Zhang Zhiwen’s valid medical records for treating COPD, a dataset was constructed by integrating the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and the SymMap database. Subsequently, a drug network and a syndrome network were established, respectively. Using complex network analysis techniques, the data were quantitatively screened and organized by calculating topological properties of network nodes, including betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, and degree centrality. ResultsThrough network topology analysis, professor Zhang Zhiwen’s core therapeutic methods for treating COPD were identified, comprising eight key treatment principles, two main target viscera, and eight core syndromes. Ultimately, an effective empirical prescription consisting of 16 Chinese medicinal herbs was refined. ConclusionThrough data mining and network topology analysis, the clinical experience and academic insights of Professor Zhang Zhiwen in treating COPD were objectively and systematically summarized. The extracted core components and empirical prescription provide a foundation for the inheritance and wider application of his clinical expertise.
