目的分析医案数据挖掘类论文的挖掘内容和使用的算法,了解医案分析的现状,为进一步开展该领域的算法研究及医案知识发现研究奠定基础。 方法在资源平台中检索相关文献并进行筛选,利用CiteSpace软件对文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析;采用频次统计和归纳研究的方法,对分析的医案类别、内容、分析算法和应用软件进行分析。 结果共纳入分析文献1318篇,文献外部分析发现,领域核心作者群尚未形成,机构合作有明显的区域性质,利用古今医案云平台软件进行分析成为近几年的热点;文献内容分析发现,研究侧重于对某一疾病的医案分析挖掘,主要分析用药规律,数据挖掘方法以关联规则为主,常用软件为SPSS Statistics。 结论常用于医案挖掘的算法和软件较少,且实现的功能有限,还需要进一步围绕中医医案的特点,从不同角度研究和改进适合中医药领域的挖掘方法,以更深入地发掘中医辨证论治思想。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the mining contents and algorithms used in papers on medical case data mining, and to understand the current state of medical case analysis, so as to lay a foundation for further algorithmic research and medical case knowledge discovery in this field. MethodsRelevant literature was retrieved from resource platforms and screened. CiteSpace software was used to conduct visual analyses of authors, research institutions, and keywords. Frequency statistics and inductive research methods were employed to analyze the categories of medical cases, their contents, analytical algorithms, and application software. ResultsA total of 1,318 articles were included for analysis. The external analysis of the literature revealed that a core group of authors in the field has not yet been formed, and institutional collaborations exhibit obvious regional characteristics. The use of the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform software for analysis has become a hot topic in recent years. The content analysis of the literature found that studies primarily focus on the analysis and mining of medical cases related to specific diseases, with particular emphasis on medication regularity. Association rules are the predominant data mining method, and SPSS Statistics is the most commonly used software. ConclusionThe algorithms and software commonly used for medical case mining are relatively limited in both variety and functionality. Therefore, it is necessary to further research and improve mining methods suitable for the field of TCM from different perspectives, with particular attention to the unique characteristics of TCM medical cases, so as to more deeply explore the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
