摘要:
哮喘是一种多始发于儿童时期的慢性气道炎症性疾病。肠道菌群是定植于人体肠道内的微生物群落，大量研究证实，稳定的肠道菌群微环境对人类健康具有重要意义。肠道菌群结构改变及其代谢功能异常与儿童哮喘密切相关。文章结合近年来的实验及临床研究，对肠道菌群与儿童哮喘的相关性进行综述，旨在探讨二者相互作用的潜在机制，为后续深入研究及临床诊疗工作提供参考。
Abstract:
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease that often originates in childhood. Gut microbiota refers to the microbial community colonizing the human intestinal tract. Numerous studies have confirmed that a stable gut microbial microenvironment is of great significance to human health. Structural alterations and metabolic dysfunction of gut microbiota are closely associated with childhood asthma. This article reviews recent experimental and clinical studies on the correlation between the two, aiming to explore the potential mechanisms of their interaction and to provide a reference for further research and clinical practice..
