摘要:
总结近五年来基于以激活酪氨酸激酶受体B（tyrosine kinase receptor B，TrkB）为主的脑源性神经营养因子（brain-derived neuro-trophic factor，BDNF）信号通路及其下游分子磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶（phosphatidylin-ositol-3-kinase，PI3K）、丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶（protein-serine-threonine kinase，Akt）关于中药治疗抑郁症作用机制的研究近况，从而达到为运用中药治疗抑郁症提供更多相关依据的目的。
Abstract:
The article summarizes the recent research progress over the past five years on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating depression, focusing on the activation of the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) signaling pathway centered on tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) and its downstream molecules, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) and protein-serine-threonine kinase (Akt), thereby providing more relevant evidence for TCM therapy for depression.
