摘要:
糖尿病前期是指人体内葡萄糖代谢出现异常，但尚未达到糖尿病诊断标准的一种中间状态，是糖尿病发生发展过程中一个不可避免的阶段。若不及时干预，其演化为2型糖尿病的风险显著升高。文章从糖尿病前期的发病机制、危险因素、中西医治疗等多个方面进行总结，挖掘有效的治疗思路与临床经验，以期为临床更好地治疗糖尿病前期、改善患者预后提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
Prediabetes is an intermediate condition characterized by abnormal glucose metabolism that does not yet meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes, representing an unavoidable stage in the progression of diabetes. Without timely intervention, the risk of progression to type 2 diabetes mellitus increases significantly. The article summarizes prediabetes from multiple aspects, including its pathogenesis, risk factors, and treatments in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, aiming to explore effective therapeutic strategies and clinical experience, in order to provide references for better clinical management of prediabetes and improvement of patient outcomes.
