摘要:
冠心病是我国患病率与死亡率最高的慢性心血管疾病，且呈持续上升趋势。发达国家通过健康管理已有效控制心血管疾病，而我国慢病管理模式尚不成熟。文章综述国内外冠心病健康管理研究进展，重点归纳针刺、艾灸、穴位贴敷等中医特色疗法在稳定型心绞痛防治中的应用。研究表明，中医药可通过多靶点、多途径干预冠心病进程，临床疗效显著。但目前研究存在方法单一、缺乏统一规范、农村地区大样本研究不足等问题。未来应加强中西医结合的系统性研究，开展多中心大样本的临床对比，探索具有中国特色的慢病管理模式。
Abstract:
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the chronic cardiovascular disease with the highest morbidity and mortality in China, and its prevalence continues to show a rising trend. Developed countries have effectively controlled cardiovascular diseases through health management, whereas China’s chronic disease management model is still not well-established. This article reviews the research progress on health management of CHD both domestically and internationally, with a focus on summarizing the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies such as acupuncture, moxibustion, and acupoint application in the prevention and treatment of stable angina pectoris. Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can intervene in the progression of CHD through multi-target and multi-pathway approaches, achieving significant clinical efficacy. However, current studies face issues such as single methodologies, a lack of unified standards, and insufficient large-sample research in rural areas. Future efforts should strengthen systematic research on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, conduct multicenter, large-sample clinical comparisons, and explore a chronic disease management model with Chinese characteristics.
